Prime Objectives主要任务:(1)Implements the company regulations, policies and procedures 执行公司的规章制度与程序;(2)Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships 建立和保持有效的员工工作关系;(3)Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled 根据安排参加培训课程;(4)Prepares food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service in advance 提前准备食物、酒水和其他服务所需的用具;(5)Prepares, cooks, serves and stores dishes 准备、烹调、供应、储存菜品。 Main duties and Responsibilites 工作内容和责任:(1)Prepares kitchen equipment for use 准备需要使用的厨房用具;(2)Assembles and prepare ingredients for menu items 配备和准备菜单上所需的原料;(3)Prepares food items 准备简单的菜品;(4)Prepares food for service 准备菜的出品;(5)Portions and plates food 将食物装盘;(6)Assists with checking and receiving foods 协助检查和验收食物;(7)Store foods,Maintain storage areas 储存食品,保持储存区域卫生及整齐;(8)Clean and store equipment, Clean premises, Handle清洁和保存用具,清洁所有场所,处理垃圾;(9) Maintain a hygienic kitchen, Cleans kitchen and equipment 保持厨房卫生,清洁厨房和用具;(10)Maintain high standards of personal hygiene 保持高度的个人清洁及仪容仪表;(11)Attends to all briefings 参加各种短会;(12)Performs related duties and special projects as assigned 履行相关的职责和完成布置的特殊工作。
